I’m Sandra Sareen, the founder and driving force behind Sareen HR Consulting. With over twenty years of experience in global Human Resource roles across various countries and industries, I am dedicated to supporting companies and individuals in meeting their business objectives by delivering a comprehensive suite of human resources services.

My career began in Bogotá, Colombia, in the food and financial industries, and continued with a master’s degree in Barcelona. In Spain, I worked across diverse sectors, including retail, hospitality, consultancy, and luxury real estate, gaining valuable experience with both local and international companies. This broad industry exposure helped me build a robust network and develop a deep expertise in human resources.

After eight years in Barcelona, my family and I moved to Switzerland to start a new professional adventure. Adapting to a new culture and business landscape was challenging but ultimately rewarding. In Switzerland, I worked in global human sources functions with multinational companies, which enriched my understanding of the local and global needs of companies for human resources services, and inspired me to establish Sareen HR Consulting.
